Why is everyone wearing November 2 T-Shirts?

Why aren’t they talking?  I don’t get it.

What does it all mean?

  1. Gots my dark blue Nov. 2 shirt from ’04. Love it. Belongs to the 25% of my t-shirt repetoire that’s free campaign schwag (the rest: mostly generic solid color tees).

Half srsly, maybe it shoulda been more clear and less cool. Would sticking a “VOTE” above that sylish date have killed them? Yes, it’s enigmatic, but subtlety don’t pay in GOTV. Or politics.

O well. They’re nice shirts. If I can hold on to one long enough, the 2020 elections will be on Nov. 2 too.

  2. Shoot, no they won’t (re: 2020 elections). I read the calendar wrong. I’ll have to hold on to the shirt ’til 2032. Still, no problem.
